Do you have trouble going to sleep? Do you get up in the middle of the night and then cannot fall back asleep? Do you feel draggy and lethargic during the day?

These are all symptoms of insomnia.

Insomnia is a 24 hour a day problem. It refers to:

  • having trouble falling asleep
  • not getting enough sleep
  • difficulty returning to sleep after nighttime awakenings
  • not feeling refreshed after a night’s sleep
