Suggestions to guide your listening
I have an extensive library of classes that I recorded before a live audience, either on Zoom or in the studio.
Here is the link to the current collection, which continues to grow.
Below are a sample set of lessons but don’t be restricted by these alone and consult the linked list.
Please contact me if you wish to purchase one or more of the recordings.
Guidelines for listening to the recordings:
Take your time when you listen to a lesson. Please do the movements slowly and pay attention to how you move. Consider each movement to be unique and separate and each repetition an opportunity to learn something new.
Please rest as often as you need to by pausing the recording for as long as you need a break. In fact, all lessons can be done over several days.
The recordings have not been edited but every attempt was made to pause the recording during non relevant discussions in order to enhance the recording quality.
